Building your Business with the Experience Economy Join the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce and the Kutztown University Small Business Development Center for Building your Business with the Experience Economy. Participants will discuss how their businesses can benefit from creating experiences for their customers. The SBDC staff will also provide an overview of the services and tools available to help entrepreneurs create experiences, and share how current clients are creating memorable experiences for their customers. Lucas Lane Inc. is a working veal farm and an oil filter recycling facility. Oil filters of all sizes, from lawnmowers to locomotives find their way to this pastoral setting, where David Lucas and his family recycle them for scrap steel and waste oil. With help from the KU SBDC, Lucas Lane Inc. has grown to servicing a 60-mile radius of Reading, and has landed a contract with the National Guard. Read More
