11/9/2011 - Simple Steps Series -

Offered on 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30 and 12/7,
this five part Simple Steps Workshop series may
be the best action you can take to strengthen an
existing business or to start up a new one with
the right processes in place to achieve
success. Workshops in the series can be taken
individually or as a set.
The five part Package is offered six times per
year in "cycles". This series is a comprehensive
offering that consists of five three hour
evening sessions which address 1) what you need
to know to start a business; 2) the concepts
involved with creating a business plan; 3)
marketing you, your product, service and
company; 4) creating and understanding business
financial forecasts and reports and how they
work; 5)how to fund your business.

convincing manner; (2) identify those key points

analysis.
