Magic Sleeper Creates a Good Night's Sleep with the KU SBDC

Christina Rubino
John Santos
Marco Santos
Thirty years ago, Antonio Santos started
making mattresses in his garage. After a
few years, he moved his business to a
factory in Pottstown, Pennsylvania,
which led to the start of Magic Sleeper.
Antonio's three children-Marco, John and
Christina-now run the store.
According to Magic Sleeper's Web site,
"You can see the quality of the
construction, as each mattress is
individually crafted with the padding
and foam wrapped around the top edge of
the mattress and fastened with special
clasps to every single spring coil.
This process has been abandoned by the
big manufacturers to cut costs. It does
takes more time and costs more to
make-but the result is the most
comfortable, longest lasting mattress
you can own. This kind of workmanship
has always been Magic Sleeper's
trademark."
