Connection Editor
"Of course we all have our limits,
but how can
you possibly find your boundaries
unless you
explore as far and as wide as you
possibly can?
I would rather fail in an attempt at
something
new and uncharted than safely
succeed in a
repeat of something I have done."
-A. E. Hotchner

The KUSBDC helps Hertzog Homestead B&B
Bet the Farm, and Win
|
When Scott and Kristen Hertzog
started a Bed & Breakfast out of
their home in 2004, they only had
two rooms dedicated to guests. Now
with the renovation dreams of their
barn, the Hertzog's hopes are
expanding along with their business.
Now reaching new number of guests,
the Hertzogs are beginning a journey
of converting their vacant barn into
Bed & Breakfast suites. Helping
them reach this peak is consulting
and financial guidance from the
Kutztown University Small Business
Development Center.
