Greater Middleton Business Expo and Forum

 

Greater Middleton Economic Development Center (GMEDC) is holding the first annual Business Expo and Forum in downtown Middletown. The theme will be Economic Opportunities in the Middletown Area for
2009 and Beyond.

This event gives businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services as well as to talk to a panel of representatives from a variety of business-related organizations and to attend a Banker's Roundtable for a discussion on credit opportunities and the latest financial issues.

Certification Made Simple

 

This 3 hour informational session discusses and reviews the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Minority Business Enterprise/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) certification application.

Participants will be led through the application line by line by a representative from the Department of General Services Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities (BMWBO).

Patriot Express is Your Key to Business Success

The Patriot Express Loan is meant for veterans, service-disabled veterans, active duty service members eligible for the military's Transition Assistance Program, Reservists and National Guard members, current spouses of any of the above, and the widowed spouse of a service member or veteran who died during service or of a service-connected disability.

Learn step-by-step how to apply for a Patriot Express loan, which has working capital loans from $5,000-$25,000. This is not a credit card loan; these are SBA-guaranteed loans, payable over ten years with no prepaid penalty. This loan program does not compete with local banks; it works in conjunction with the banks in the community.
