Pre-Venture and Early Stage Business

If you have a business idea or have a business that has been in operation for less than 1 year but has not yet earned a profit, please fill out the Pre-Venture/Early Stage Business Form at the Kutztown University SBDC eCenter Portal.

Established Business

If you have an established business that has been in operation for more than 1 year or has filed a tax return, please fill out the Established Business Form at the Kutztown University SBDC eCenter Portal.

A completed form, which includes the Request for Consulting, a Client Needs Assessment Survey, and Client Rights & Responsibilities Form is required for pre-venture, early stage and existing businesses to get one-on-one FREE consulting. The form is required by the Small Business Administration and The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Kutztown University SBDC is part of the Pennsylvania SBDC network and is unable to provide assistance to those outside of Pennsylvania. You can find the contact information for your local SBDC through this link http://www.asbdc-us.org/.
