Welcome to Kutztown SBDC's online application for consulting process. You need to complete a form which includes the Request for Consulting information, a Client Needs Assessment Survey, and Client Rights & Responsibilities Form. For start-up and existing businesses to get one-on-one FREE consulting, it is mandatory that you complete the Form. The Form is required by the Small Business Administration and The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
